Pumpkin Bread + Pumpkin Carving Night!

Last week, James helped me make some super easy pumpkin bread (Thanks Trader Joes!). It was the first time I had him help me in the kitchen and he LOVED it. I had him mix the eggs, oil + water, and then the pumpkin bread mix. We will be making chocolate chip oatmeal cookies sometime this week too :)

Later that night we carved/painted pumpkins! But before all of that, we had to have a little bit of pumpkin bread...

 Mitch's came out looking like Jack Skellington, James's was perfect, and mine looks like a bear claw, but it's actually supposed to be a cup of coffee with some steam, ha! We had a good laugh!
