Portland Day 3...

I am wrapping up our awesome trip, just one more post after this, but this day was amazingly fun. & Full (no pun intended) of GREAT EATS...

Mitch playing with our FLIP camera while we waited for our bomb breakfast at Pinestate Biscuits.

Mitch's homemade sweet tea was delicious...wish I knew how to make it for him.

Mitch's delicious biscuit (The Reggie) with cheddar cheese, fried chicken & gravy...mmmhmm...

My delicious biscuit (The McIsley) with fried chicken, pickles, honey & dijon mustard (sounds weird & gross, but surprisingly the ingredients go so well together!)

A trip to Portland would be incomplete if we didn't stop for yummy gourmet cupcakes at Cupcake Jones located in the Pearl District...

Like little maids aligned in a row...

Later on, after we were still processing all our food, we decided to take a walk to the closest park near our hotel...

We saw Mr. Lincoln himself!

& Teddy Roosevelt's horse (he was on it, but his horse was cooler)...

A neat shadow of a tree on the ground...

& a protest at Portland State University (click here to find out why)...

it was ragin'...

Teddy was unamused & wanted to keep on walking...

& met a friend! It was a wonderful day...
