"24"...

It's true. I'm 24. My birthday was yesterday & "Oh boy", let's just say I have a wonderful family & great friends.

The morning consisted of waking up early and heading out to Disneyland! My loving husband treated me to an amazing breakfast at Carnation Cafe on Main Street. It was so nice to enjoy the morning together eating GOOD food at the 'Happiest Place on Earth'. We window shopped a bit, thinking over the gifts I could get with my gift card from Mr. Disney (I like to pretend he gave it to me directly). We decided on some classic DVDs & an art book featuring one of my favorite Disney artists Mary Blair.

The afternoon was nice too. I hung out at home with Teddy, did some shopping at Target (I bought myself some cool scrapbook paper), and picked out a movie at Hollywood Video for my free bday rental. Then, FLOWERS were delivered from my amazing mom. She wrote,

"You are my precious baby! I love you so much & miss you all the time...'for the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete'. Deut. 16:15 "

I also recieved some birthday cards in the mail from my family in Arizona, with green in$ide!

The evening was the icing on top of the cake (hehe). Mitch didn't tell me where we were going, and I was excited! We arrived & I kept saying, "Is this Long Beach? Why are we in the ghetto?" But oh---it was NOT the ghetto. We went to La Creperie Cafe!

I truly am thankful for my Friends & Family. God is too good to me :)
