Today...

was lovely.

• I woke up around 730am and talked to my aunt on the phone for about 20 minutes.

• Then I got a bowl of Life cereal & watched The Office for a little bit.

• Teddy then needed a walk, which was fun since the morning chill was still in the air. The grass was bright green, like a crayon, with droplets of water on the blades from the rain, and the air was clean and crisp.

• After his walk, we watched more 'office' and fell asleep together in bed around 1130am.

• I woke up, again, at 2pm & got dressed and grabbed my bike.

• I rode to our Starbucks, and got a nice chair outside where I enjoyed a passion tea & coffee cake. Then I read Psalm 42 and 1Peter 2. It was so nice to sit & spend time in God's word (this is my bible at the top-I love scans).

• After reading & enjoying my goodies, I rode my bike to Henry's to get groceries for dinner. I then rode home, washed & folded 5 loads of laundry and prepared dinner.

• We had salmon roulette with spinach florentine stuffing, white rice and corn on the cob. Yum.

• We also had some friends come over for a time of prayer & devotion. We read 1 Peter 2 together, discussed topics we are going thru, thankful for, and the current condition of the church, and more importantly our generation. It was great.

• Then we all packed into a car & headed to Chino at the Starbucks on Central & Philadephia to visit a friend.

• After our tiny visit to Chino, we then went to Guppy's in Cerritos to enjoy a huge bowl of shaved ice, condensed milk & fresh bananas & strawberries for dessert!

I was blessed today.
