Most of these (If not all) are from my color photo days back in Spring 2007. A whopping 2 years ago! I decided to scan some & show you. I will post B&W one day and maybe-when i actually get them developed-my HOLGA contact sheets. And I know that it's a photo taboo to show your contact sheets, but I'm confident in even the pictures that some may think un-worthy to print...ALL photos are worthy, even the "bad" ones.
These were taken when the Bush Admin. announced they would be sending more troops to Iraq in 2007... These people were pissed. My favorite is the little boy with the poster that says "No more Troops". I don't like to toot my own horn, but it reminded me of Diane Arbus's photo of the boy with the toy hand grenade.
I took some of these at the Rene Magritte exhibit at the LACMA & in Downtown Fullerton...

Night Photography. My favorite is the reflection of the signs in the puddle...
The theme is "GREEN" again & I love the artichokes! Most of these are taken in Chino...

Freaky and weird! When I took color for the first time my project was themed "green"!!! Wait, or was that the assignment :/? If not we are so weirdly connected! haha.
who cares if it is a photo taboo... show off those sheets! they are cool, and if you don't print some of them then the rest of the world would never get to have the chance of seeing them!! :)
